02 · Digital product
What you receive
“БОМБА: Світло в темряві” is a Ukrainian-language digital book supplied as one PDF file. It contains approximately 230 pages and is approximately 239 MB. You need internet access, enough device storage and a current PDF reader. It is a one-off purchase, not a subscription.
The book provides general information and does not replace current instructions from public authorities, emergency services, medical professionals or other qualified advisers. Always consider the circumstances and follow official instructions.
03 · Orders and payment
Price, quantity and contract
One personal licensed copy costs $14.99 USD. Before payment, the site displays quantity and subtotal. Stripe Managed Payments displays the final total, applicable indirect taxes and available payment methods before you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply separate foreign-exchange or cross-border fees. Bombookstory does not store full card details.
You may correct quantity, delivery method and gift-recipient addresses before selecting the payment button. Your order is an offer to buy and is accepted when Managed Payments confirms successful payment. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing, security or technical error.
Gift and multiple-copy orders
Each paid copy is a separate personal licence. For a gift order, you must provide one valid recipient email per copy and have a reasonable basis to provide that address for delivery. We use it only to deliver and support the gift. Check every address carefully and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
04 · Digital delivery
Secure access
After Stripe confirms payment through our signed webhook, we create protected access for the paid licences. Multiple non-gift copies assigned to the purchaser’s email may be represented by one personal link; gift access remains separate for different recipients. Where instant delivery is selected, the purchaser’s access is available on the payment-confirmation page. The purchaser and/or each gift recipient also receives one branded service email with the relevant secure link. Stripe/Onelink may separately email the payer a receipt or invoice.
Access is normally available for 30 days. A standard link permits up to 10 download starts; a consolidated multi-copy link permits at least the number of licences assigned to that email. A download start is a technical delivery and retry allowance, not permission to redistribute the PDF. After downloading, the recipient may retain the local PDF for personal use. The PDF is not attached to email because of its size. A verified purchaser or recipient may contact support about a genuine delivery or technical problem.
Supply begins when secure access is made available after confirmed payment. The branded delivery email records the allocated quantity and access details and links to the official terms, privacy and refund documents. Any statutory cancellation consequence applies only where all requirements of applicable law have been met.
05 · Cancellation and remedies
Digital content rights
UK consumers normally have 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to cancel. Before payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that, once supply begins, the ordinary 14-day cancellation right ends. If the required consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, or supply has not begun, you retain any cancellation rights provided by law.
This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, materially misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the model cancellation notice and Onelink support routes.
06 · Copyright and licence
Personal use only
Copyright and all intellectual-property rights remain with the rights holder. Each purchased copy grants one identified recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF for personal, non-commercial reading.
You must not publish, resell, upload, mass-copy, distribute or make the PDF or personal access link publicly available. Several copies grant the corresponding number of individual licences, not institutional, classroom or resale rights. Contact us for a written organisational licence.
After a full refund or valid cancellation, the licence ends and remaining hosted access may be disabled. This does not limit statutory rights.
07 · Fair responsibility
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by use contrary to the book’s informational purpose, failure to follow current official instructions, incompatible or insecure devices, or events outside reasonable control.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business losses. If you buy for business purposes, contact us before purchase for appropriate written terms.
08 · Complaints and law
Contact and governing law
Send complaints to bombookstory@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge support requests within three working days and resolve them fairly.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep mandatory protections of the country where you normally live and may use any court or dispute route available under applicable consumer law. We may update these terms for future orders; the version accepted for an existing order continues to apply to that order.
